    Description

Kristen Ciccarelli’s best-selling Iskari series comes to a captivating end with this final companion novel to The Last Namsara, which Tomi Adeyemi, number-one New York Times best-selling author of Children of Blood and Bone, calls “one of my favorite books of all time.”

At the end of one world, there always lies another. Safire, a soldier, knows her role in this world is to serve the king of Firgaard - helping to maintain the peace in her oft-troubled nation.

Eris, a deadly pirate, has no such conviction. Known as the Death Dancer for her ability to evade even the most determined of pursuers, she possesses a superhuman power to move between worlds.

Now Safire and Eris - sworn enemies - find themselves on a common mission: to find Asha, the last Namsara. From the port city of Darmoor to the fabled faraway Star Isles, their search and their stories become woven ever more tightly together as they discover that the uncertain fate they’re hurtling toward just may be a shared one. In this world - and the next.

    An Absolutely Perfect Conclusion!

I couldn't have been happier with this book to finish off such an amazing trilogy. The narrators for each book each had such a "storytelling" quality to their voice, that makes you feel like you're experiencing the story unfold right along with the characters. Any time I'm tired, or have a headache bad enough that I have to lay down in a dark room and close my eyes, I turn on one of these three books, and just let myself fall into it, and it doesn't take long for them to soothe me. The books are so well written. The majority of the time when a book is written in 3rd person, I hear it that way, as in someone reading about the character's exploits & emotions. There's a certain level of detachment there. Not that that's a bad thing by any means. But Kristen Ciccarelli has written her Iskari Trilogy in such a way-and I'm sure the awesomeness of the narrators contribute to this-that there's no detachment whatsoever. We experience and feel everything right along with the characters. It's like we are riding along inside their minds, and how we experience their thoughts and actions is how the story is written. I don't know how else to describe it. I've never listened to any other books that are like this, and I can tell that I'm missing out on something special with every book where that is the case.

I was so disappointed with this book.

I loved the first 2 books but like most authors lately you had to throw in a same sex romance. I have nothing against them and even have family involved but believe God made it plain that it is a man and a woman as a couple. I am sending it back.

    Loved the entire series but...

This book was my favorite of all three!! The author really made my care abt what happened to the main characters, and even a couple of the antagonists/villains. Also the narrator really brought everyone to life so I'll definitely be listening to more stories from both.

Best Book I’ve Read All Year!

I always am grateful for a writer who is witty, that can paint a picture of a world 🌎 so vivid and beautiful, you wish you could walk into it and reside. The Sky Weaver is such a story! The whole Namsara series was by far one of the best series I’ve read! The weaving of characters, plots, and weaving old characters with the new is brilliant. I love how each tells the story of an ancient tale of gods, goddesses, dragons, and how they all tie together with the current tale of the hero’s journey! Sapphire is stunning and her cunning is masterful! Thank you Ciccarelli for giving me something so needed at this time — a feeling of hope and joy!
