He’s not a hero. He’s just a policeman trying to survive.
Steve Jackson has seen too much. After enduring trauma and personal loss, all he wants is a quiet life and to be left alone. But fate has other plans.
This is the gritty, gripping story of a year in the life of Steve—known to his colleagues as "Steady Eddy"—and Felicity Oakshott, his fiercely loyal, quick-witted partner, better known as "Fu*k Off." Together, they navigate the highs and lows of police life with sharp humor, raw honesty, and an unflinching look at what it really means to serve.
Blending dark comedy with real-life policing, this is no ordinary crime story. It’s an unconventional tale about two unforgettable characters—and the messy, meaningful lives behind the badge.
