Description
Space is considered to be nothingness by many. But after all it is the background in which we see everything. It is against space and within the dimension of time that we experience everything we experience. Space and time are the two basic dimensions of our world but are uncommonly illusive. We can say they are our way of thinking of the universe as being a system of patterns. And our awe at the vastness of space may be man's astonishment at himself. We reconsider our position as an "insignificant" speck in the vastness of the universe.

A timeless message
This book and others by Allan Watts are treasures of information for my quest to find meaning in life. It is made all the more personnel by the the fact that Allan is the one your listening to. You very much get the feel of the man and what he is imparting.

annoying interruptions
the interruptions from listen.com were invasive and interrupted the flow of the speech. Love everything from Alan Watts, this is a nitpick of the provider.

Spiritual adventure
Watts lecture content engaging. Sound quality is dated. Space gained a different perspective after this listen. I listened in small blocks to allow Watts words time to marinate my mind.
