Join Jason Allison as he leads an expedition into the Hellers to collect medical volunteers from among the Trailmen in an effort to develop the serum necessary for treatment and save the planet. To complicate things even further, Jason falls in love with Kyla, the trail guide, knowing that once the expedition is over, he will be replaced by Jay, his cold primary personality - and life as he knows it will no longer exist.
