Everyone deserves a chance at redemption
One look at Elric, and Athan knows: something is wrong with this exiled prince. He's full of holes, rusting, and what should have been a bright human soul is turning to rot and decay.

Though The Phoenix and His Prince should function as a stand-alone, it is best enjoyed after reading The Dragon and His Prince and has many spoilers for Dragon. (Please mind the warnings for Dragon, as it is considerably darker than Phoenix!)
