A Soviet officer in Cuba during the Cold War. A crash strands him in America. A former ally turns his worst enemy. Can he survive and find a way home?
At the height of the Cold War, a plane crash strands a Soviet officer stationed in America. Living among those he once thought to be the enemy, he transforms into the capitalist he once fought against. His life is entangled with a merciless Cuban prosecutor out for revenge. Both men are torn between ideologies, save for one: their ever-hardening rejection of God.
The Pardon is filled with action and uncompromised Christian truth. The story contrasts freedom and capitalism with the devastating realities of communism. The plot explores the consequences of human choices, spinning an intricate web of envy, treachery, life and death, and how God's search for man transcends all political and geographic boundaries.
