Great Book. Challenges Traditional Manageme

It's a great Book, but I have a qaum about the book, authors talks in length about inviting everyones opinion but doesn't share how to actually bring consensus, when organization is actually divided.

how about situations where employees are acting in their own internet and only looking for short term gain.

One of the most inspirational books out there.

All managers need to read this and adopt this methodology if they want to succeed. This book is extremely well written and laid out in a way that everyone can understand and appreciate.

A change in paradigm

The more than 2000 years leadership both in the public and private sector has proved poor and has yielded to the world we live in today. This book full of hard and touchy anecdotes shows how a serving leadership that acts as catalyst of all the forces, creativity, and passion of people can take teams (and may I say, communities) to another advanced level. This book should be read by managers, chiefs, or anybody with a hierarchical role!

Learn how Redhat Made Billions from Free Software


I was able to finish the audiobook in one night and a morning commute, thanks to the reader's clear steady reading, which even at 2X playback speed is understandable. Opensource.com has bonus materials to help leaders apply lessons from this book in their own organizations. This book should indeed be required reading for entrepreneurs and business students alike in harnessing the crowds in and around their companies to build value and services from otherwise free and open source software that can be valued at $10B by RedHat's customers and investors

Fantastic piece of work..

Fail fast, releas early release often, open source principles and open source way. i have to read this book again and think about all the open things...
