Society largely praises early risers, while maligning so-called "night owls." However, countless research studies have consistently shown that night owls are more successful and wealthier than early risers.

The Morning Myth is intended to show that, indeed, night owls are generally more successful in life than early risers. The book is intended to restore self-confidence to night owls and help them to achieve more on their natural schedules, and also to inform employers on just how much productivity they're losing by forcing night owls to be at work bright and early, and advising them on how to schedule both early risers and night owls for maximum productivity to the employer and maximum happiness to the employee.

I'm really desapointed as I expected more advise or idea to use late hours in the evening productively, but it is just a thesis claiming that night howls are better than early birds.

Moreover, this book is really centered on USA, Europeans have a significantly different experience.
There is a lot of redondance, the guy keeps repeating that night howls are more clever than early birds, exemple after exemples.
I find it also a little bit incoherent: many studies that he cites and praises are based on academic results but he sustains that education is useless (if not dangerous for your health because it made you wake up early in the morning).
Save 6 hours of your life, the book sums up in 1 sentence : respect you bio-rythm, you'll be happier and healthier.
