    Painful

    Simply painful to listen to. 30 minutes long & I got through 17 minutes of him talking about himself & it didn't appear it was stopping any time soon. This book is a major pass!

    I needed this book!

    I'm not going to sugarcoat this. I am a drug addict and alcoholic. All the things I was taught in AA didn't help me. This book touches on things that AA never did. No slogan, nothing in the books, not even talking to others helped me. This book on the other hand was what I needed. It set in my head how to be mindful and to accept that there are things I need to change in myself.

    To stop whatever your drug of choice is, that's the easy part. I know, I did that three times. It's changing the anger in you, the thoughts and what you do from day to day that is hard.

    If you are an addict of any kind, listen to this book. Still go to AA or NA (or any other 12 step program out there) but listen to this book and find something in it that will help you. Take notes like I did. You might not need this right now, but you will find it useful.

    Beautiful!

    Wonderful

    Absolutely fantastic. This book inspired and pushed me into deeper realms of self discovery and introspection. I will start my mindfulness practice immediately and look forward to any other book by Mark and Ronald. 10/10 Recommended.

    Great book to begin your journey with mindfulness!

    This book gives you all the basic knoweldge you need when you are starting off as a beginner. I am not a complete beginner myself and I still found a lot of useful info, tips and advice I had no idea about. I firmly believe that mindfulness can really give you the upper hand in life, which is why I am praticing the teachings of this book nearly every day! I thank the author for this great book and I thank the narrator for the optimal interpretation. Suggested!

    Deep

    I've listened to this audiobook every day for a week and I find it extremely helpful to relax and let my mind go. Not only the tone is great but the teachings the author wants to get across to us are delivered in such a clear way that following the explanations is incredibly easy. Give this book a chance, you won't regret it.

    Great organization and delivery

    This book has plenty of meaningful content for those who are interested in discoverin mindfulness. I really like the way it is organized in such a coincise and accessible manner. All of the benefits you can gain from Mindfulness are explained well and the book has all of the theory and pratice tools you need in order achieve a better every day life. Hihgly recommended.
