    Easy listen with good tips and skills.

    A lot of good insights.

    This book was very interesting to listen, a lot of good insights. Lots of good points brought up here, many of which are pretty much right under our very noses in day to day life! Some of the writing seemed rushed, but it didn't take away from the delivery of the central themes.

    A great and enjoyable listen.

    This audible is a great and enjoyable listen. It simplifies the mind, our human emotions, and the source of pain and suffering with simple teachings. It's practical advice on how to use that information to increase happiness in everyday life.

    An excellent job of speaking.

    This is one of the best audio books out there. This audio book is a great self-help audio book and uses the psychological technique of cognitive behavioral therapy, overthinking. The author did an excellent job of speaking.
