Keely Cochrane has spent her whole life in Keinadraig, a secluded island off the coast of Cornwall that even time seems to have forgotten. It isn't until her best friend Genevieve mysteriously leaves that Keely begins to question the ancient practices and strange laws of her home.
When Private Investigator Jack Knight finds the body of Genevieve Sloan in a London hotel, his investigation leads him to the isolated island of Keinadraig - and to Keely.
Thrust into a world of intrigue and deceit, Jack recruits the help of Keely to solve the mystery of Genevieve's death. But as their nascent partnership blooms into undeniable passion, secrets begin to surface, and Jack and Keely find themselves fighting for their lives as desperately as they're fighting for their love.
