One thousand years after World War III in a land that was once the beautiful concept of the US, the wealthiest and most privileged of society thrive while the remaining suffer under the cruel rule of the Jenroe regime. As the years pass, the gift of the Righter begins to surface, and Rowe's resentment for the injustices of the Jenroe Administration breeds a vengeance of volcanic proportions. She soon learns she has the ability to rewrite history and change any event she so desires.
