    thought provoking

    I really enjoyed this short book. it gave me a lot to think about and I will likely listen to it again to go more in depth.

    the Narrator was effective..

    i liked him better than the other person who narrates Manly books..

    Good understanding of the body theory

    A little tough to understand at first but gets better as it goes on. listening to it a second or third time reveals some amazing insights.
