Enjoyed the ride
Performance was great, accents were good, male voices were weak but I couldn't do better. It didn't affect the story. Story had surprises that weren't predictable. I enjoyed the characters and their relationships. Great read. I'm going back for more, which, for me, says something because I get bored easily. Let's see what the little trouble maker gets herself into next.

Mostly enjoyed
I enjoyed this story for the most part. I didn't think it was as good as the previous books though. Also, the role of the "gypsies" in this series continues to annoy me. An unfair amount of expectations seem to be put on them compared to the other citizens in the city. And I wish the author had at least given them an actual name instead of calling them "the gypsies", a term that a lot of people consider insulting. As for the audio book itself, there was a background static. Also one of the chapters repeated itself ( which isn't so bad, it would be worse if a chapter was missing).

Gripping, Entriguing, and Moving
We all have family we are born with and family we choose. with those choices you shape your future wants and needs. This book teaches you that choices can sometimes be very heavy and very needed. Rich in character with the very definition of loyalty, bravery, truth of self, you often wait with bated breath to listen to the next group of words. Will she or won't she, when will she figure out her true path in life, or maybe in this case nature.

Easy listen with excitement!
I feel like this would be a great book series for my 11 yr. old grand daughter, it’s simple but exciting and not too “over your head.” I really enjoyed it. Can’t wait to listen to the next book!!
