Five stars, great bedside manner
Cold meds made it impossible to sit up and have my eyes open to read, so I absorbed Maureen's words through my ears. Like, in one shot. Five out of five Nyquil shots.

Stevie Bell at Her Best
Totally satisfying and exciting conclusion! Fans will love Maureen Johnson's artistry and storytelling. The change of setting - Ellingham on the brink of a massive blizzard - also upped the tension and drama. Really great!

Worth reading all three!
The characters, setting and plot are all cozy and endearing, wry and delightful. Mysteries are romantic, but the crimes that create them much less so, and these books reflect both of those realities. The narrator is very enjoyable to listen to, bringing enough personality to entertain without going too far into melodrama. Her tone is lovely. Enjoyed all three books immensely, finished the three in about a week!

This was painful
This series could've had two books only and the story wouldn't have suffered. I hated this book so much, the main character Stevie is annoying her friendships and relationships with other characters feels forced. The entire book is just filler until you get to the end the aha moment which fell flat the build up to that moment was bad. I hate this book so much 8 hours I'll never get back.

Wowza
This rap up in book three was great. The story leading up to this moment had everything you wanted. Mystery, suspense, fun cute romances and finally the reveal of who done it. I loved being able to see the past in this series and how the present was figuring everything out. I’m super curious to see how the next two in the series go since Stevie figured this mystery out it should be on with the next. I enjoyed every character and enjoyed that they all were unique but great quality side characters and friends to the main character. Each had depth and you wanted them to come along on the mystery.

Tolle Trilogie
Endlich mal wieder ein richtig gutes Buch zum schmökern! Ich finde die Mischung aus Crime und einem Touch Romanze gut gelungen. Die Autorin verliert sich nicht in zu schmalzigen Teenie Schmachten und baut eine solide Welt auf in der man die Zeit vergessen kann. Vom Stil erinnert es mich tatsächlich an Harry Potter, nur ohne Magie und mehr Mord ;) Definitiv zum weiterempfehlen!
Die Sprecherin ist oke, nur manchmal ein bisschen zu emotionslos.
