This is Book Three in the engrossing Geoffrey Wines Series and the continuation of “The Fixer” saga.
Geoffrey Wines is a fictitious metro reporter for the Washington Post and a journalist’s journalist. His nose to investigate when “things just do not seem right” takes him places other reporters simply miss. As a result, he finds himself in the middle of conspiracies with the most unlikely participants. The ominous specter of The Fixer returns when Geoffrey Wines’ colleague James Olsen receives an ambiguous missive that portends an unfathomable disaster. Though the message is vague, it is now a race against the clock to find The Fixer and stop whatever he is planning.
President Osbourne, Wines, and Olsen join scientist Dana Lyons to fully understand the danger. As they dig deeper, they uncover more disturbing facts about The Fixer’s enigmatic past and reasons to believe he is serious and fully capable of delivering on his cryptic warning.
