    Everything I Needed

    I want this book to go VIRAL and take over the world. If I could shout this message from the rooftops I would. Its just what every woman needs to hear and learn about undoing the hell that is diet culture. Thank you Caroline for writing such and epic book.

    This is the most important book I've read this year. Caroline Dooner walks you through the physical, emotional and mental elements of overcoming the binge-restrict cycle, guides you toward a healthier relationship with food and yourself (where 'healthy' = patient, generous, forgiving, playful, supportive, loving, accepting, joyful) and has many important words to say on the power and purpose of rest. This work is supported with writing prompts, self-care tools based on familiar, tried and tested mindfulness practices and quotes from fellow Fuckiteers.
