Two years ago, the murder of local policeman Darcy Comer shattered the peace of the isolated mountain town of Blarnie, with the crime sharing similarities to the sinister murder of another local two decades ago. Now, as the town reels from still more bloodshed, the new murders also seem to echo this dark legacy.
The old town rumours of a devil-cult, long dismissed as folklore, are now revived. A new and enigmatic cult has recently arrived in Blarnie, promising enlightenment but bringing fear.
