Description
It's all fun and games...until someone's heart is broken.
They're not kids anymore, but Milo Caro is certain that Colton Mathews will only see her as his best friend's little sister for the rest of their lives. After all, he made that clear the night before she left for college. But four years later, her brother is getting married and Colt's the best man - and guess who is the best man's last-minute date?
Milo vows to use the wedding to either claim the smoldering firefighter's heart or douse this torch for good. When Max - her best friend from college, who may be carrying a torch of his own - crashes the party, they devise a plan to make Colt see what he's missing. But after Colt catches on, he decides to cook up his own revenge.
Now it's personal. Colt and Milo are at war, and between Max's questionable acting methods, an unfortunate trip to jail, and a maniacal fiancée, what could possibly go right?

4 The Consequences of Loving Colton Stars
This is one of those books you don’t take seriously you just enjoy the ride. It is fun and silly and just an all-around good time.
I loved the friends to lovers aspect, I love that the brother was totally awesome. And her best friend is funny and nutty.
I can’t wait to see how those stories are going to go. I can tell you that it will be a heck of a ride.
Milo and Colton together are like peas and carrots they get each other’s humor and pranks, kinda loved that.
Over all a fantastic read, glad I picked it up.
Also the narration is fanfreakintastic it was like a performance! I lovvvvveeeeedd it!!

Highly entertaining
one of the funniest books I've listened to in a long time. I laughed so hard times, I highly recommend it to anyone.

Hilarious, in an over-the-top sort of way
I'm on a RVD binge right now and I think she's a hilarious rom-com writer. But this book takes the cake. It is just so funny but in such a silly, "there's no way this could ever happen" sort of way. Think three stooges. Total slapstick. If you think that will be too much, then this is not for you. But I laughed out loud multiple times and giggled pretty much the rest of the way. And the narrator. I love the narrators, especially Nick Podehl, who manages to bring to life the many male characters and differentiate them during the reading. He also has that voice that is perfect for slapstick humor. I'm reading/listening to the next in the series and about 7 chapters in, I know I have to buy that recording too, just because I love his way of reading so much. Great, fun book/audiobook

Sorry, but first and last for this author
I took a chance on an unknown to me author because the audiobook was free and was reminded again that the narrator can totally make or break a book. This one was a bust for me. While the male narrator was fine, the female was SO annoying I had trouble even sticking with it, and her character voices were like nails on a chalkboard. I wish I could say that the printed version might be better, but the storyline itself didn’t really have any redeeming qualities. I’m all about a good rom-com, but this was really just a bunch of incessant inane dialogue with a couple of pathetic attempts at romance. I have no idea what the appeal of Mili was supposed to be. Max was ridiculous. Well, basically the entire plot was ridiculous and just went on and on way beyond the point of humor and into the realm of making me want to stab myself in the eye. Will NOT be buying anything by this author again.

Eh. Not Impressed

This is definitely not a literary masterpiece. It was entertaining at times, but mostly just irritating. The main characters are extremely dumb and passive aggressive, not to mention pathetically whiny. Also, it went on much longer than was really necessary. The only good thing about this book was the girl's best friend.

Totally loved it!!
The narration was amazing and the story had me literally laughing out loud. I love romance but this took it to another level with making me laugh. Would absolutely recommend this book to others.

Had me laughing so much
Book didn't have too higher reviews on good reads but listening to this audio version had me in fits of laughter. I think the narrators voice made it worth the good review so really really enjoyed it. It's rather crazy, quirky, and outrageously weird.... audio made this book dam funny.... I'm still laughing and can see myself listening to it again.
