Tess jumps in to help Mike track down the killer, believing the gunman to have been connected to the mystery surrounding her own father’s disappearance. Her theory seems plausible, and even probable, until Santa is found dead an hour before the annual Santa parade, messing up Tess’ theory and complicating things even further.
