    Thank you SO much Gary Taubes. This book is packed full of information that makes so much sense. No looking back once you know the truth about eating carbs, no matter what their source.
    I’m lacto-vegetarian and following GT advice I’m feeling great plus loosing weight too, all without feeling hungry 😋 dream come true!
