What if a steady life is not built through sudden change, but through careful sculpting over time, like a bonsai tree?

The idea for The Bonsai Blueprint began in 2010, in the aftermath of Chad's divorce, when one morning an image of a bonsai tree tied to personal wellbeing came to him.

What followed took more than fifteen years of growing that bonsai tree into what is now the five S-Strategies for personal wellbeing.

The Shift Cycle: A three stage process for moving through emotional and psychological change, Recognize, Release, and Renew, like the leaves that fall and return each season.

The Shape Network: A model for mapping the experiences in your life by shapes, Rectangle, Circle, Square, and Diamond, like the branches that reach out in different directions.

The Structure Six: An original framework for an individual's core behavior patterns, Connector, Energizer, Guider, Builder, Anchor, and Solver, like the trunk that holds everything upright.

The Stability Plan: A foundation plan of health practices that provides vitality, like the roots beneath the surface.

The Symbolic Essence: A synthesis of Presence and Purpose, the identity that holds the entire bonsai together.

Together these five strategies build awareness, deepen understanding, and support real action in daily life.

This book is not about perfection or quick fixes. It is about clarity and steady practices that tend to your own personal bonsai tree.
