Cute but predictable
This book was exactly what you'd expect. You can predict what's going to happen long before it does. Still, that's why we choose these lighter stories, right? They give you an escape, a feel-good moment. The story is cute, and I love books set around baking and cooking, small town atmosphere, etc. Unfortunately for me the narrator just ruined it. She sounds like every sing-song-y monorail driver or attraction narrator at a Disney park. It really distracted me.

Cute stories - bad narration
The stories were cute but the narrator kept throwing me off. Her inflections were off and she ran sentences together. It really disrupted the stories.

I REALLY wanted to love this book
Unfortunately i didn’t even make it through the first chapter. The narrator seems absolutely put out to be reading this and her sing song voice that made run on sentences made it absolutely un-listenable

Hard To Listen To-Cute Story
I liked the stories, but couldn't finish listening to it. Narration was NOT good. It almost sound digital, with words mashed together and pauses improperly inserted.
