good book!
I enjoyed the owner's guide better but this is still a great book! my only performance complaint is some minor mispronunciations of even basic martial arts terminology. again... not a big deal though

Se aprenden conceptos básicos con respecto al ensañamiento de las artes marciales en general, en lo personal, se pierde un poco el interés con todo el enfoque competitivo que le dan a las artes marciales.

This book is good for the advance teacher and great if your just starting some parts not needed but good for an overview of what must be done to be successful

Wonderful source
I've started my own school recently and this book was a wonderful source of information and confidence. Despite the authors writing about WTF taekwondo and U.S. realities, it still provides a whole lot of information for any school of martial arts and covers a lot of topics encountered by teachers and managers. Thanks and keep on writing!
