    I feel like the author borrowed part of storylines and details from other stories ( acotar, hunger games...) and tried to link everything with sex scenes , cheap feminism, tunics and leggings. So many incongruous détails, like the grand parents portraits adorning the walls of a castle they fled, and came back to only to destroy it. I rolled my eyes so many times... Lor must have the biggest head ever to keep all the awful images she "can't keep out of her head" in.
