Made me want to read the full version.

The culture code seems to have a lot in common with other leadership books that discuss culture. I notice a lot of the ideas seemed to transcend so this is another good way to send those messages home if you don't feel the need to re read other books. If you have read a few books like this I do recommend this one as a quick refresher that can save you some time and get your head back on straight. That is usually what I need

If you are going to check out just one leadership

As an educator of several years I have the ability to improve a number of my classroom methods, and sometimes pivot to others. The case studies and ideas offered have actually confirmed and enhanced my leadership and management style. Motivational!

Helpful as well as Eye opening

Guides on work culture that are really and truly significant--are scarce. This one ranks right up at the top. The Three Communication Skills Dan Coyle shares are genuinely effective points of views that every company whatever their dimension can take advantage of.

Ideas in the Culture Code Work!

This is a well-researched book on just how talent is created and enhanced. As is typically the case, it is the easy things incorporated with common sense that spawn success. The Culture Code clarifies why it works.

Safety and Vulnerability

This well-written summary of the culture code has effectively communicated how: (1) building safety can be achieved by producing bonds of belonging as well as identity, (2) sharing vulnerability drives trust, and (3) developing a goal creates shared objectives and also values.

Reliable advice to follow

The ideas in this book can help what I see as the enormous failing of management in our companies. Failure to develop an air of safety amongst their groups, showing genuine vulnerability and developing a bond with others and most notably, defining objectives as well as long term goals. Cannot recommend this book enough!

Many great ideas, well written summary

This book allows the reader a look behind the curtain to see just how long-lasting cultures are produced, as well as strategies that can be used in our own lives. Satisfying as well as thought-provoking, this book highlights extraordinary motivators like Gregg Popovich as well as the leaders at Pixar. Recommended reading for anyone thinking about making more powerful, longer-lasting partnerships with their friends, or business associates.

My favorite business Go-To book of 2019

I finished The Skill Code a week back and got so much out of it, that I chose to check out the summary of the Culture Code to see if it was on point. His research into the importance of Structure, Safety, and security Sharing Vulnerability, and also Developing Purpose led me to reassess my own management style. I highlighted so many passages that I'm eagerly anticipating reading it again.
