Stress of now money, time lines, work, everyday life is enough to make you feel sad, alone, or even unhealthy. Stress is created by over-thinking instead of being present with the task at hand. This often results in thinking about the worst case and the repercussions, rather than breaking down tasks to one at a time and allowing your brain and body deal with it in smaller bites. To break down and see how dealing with one task at a time will be more effective than over thinking 10 tasks and accomplishing none of them properly, will allow you to relax and function at 100 percent.
