Save yourself the time
This really did not help my cash-game-play at all, and I listened to it twice. If anything, it might have made me worse. It really is read too fast to process and he goes over some not-so-practical methods (like some ridiculous math that we are supposed to calculate in the middle of a hand, or charts we are supposed to find on his website and then memorize), that are impossible to implement into regular gameplay. He does not delve into tells or how to manage experienced poker players (or groups of them, who all know each other). I downloaded his 2 tournament books to listen to next, and they are similarly flawed. If cash games really are your thing, I would look for another guide.

I don't need anyone to read this the book sucks, it will make u harder to beat making it harder for me to win go rest Jamie Goulds book or something.

great book for low stakes cash
very complex ideas broken down into simple explanations make this book easy to understand .
teaches you the basics and how to expand your strategy using a super exploitable style and how to use players mistakes against them for max value.
highly reccomend.

Increase aggression - Play to win
What did you like best about Strategies for Beating Small Stakes Poker Cash Games? What did you like least?
The preflop and flop advice and theories are pretty sound and thought through,
What aspect of Jonathan Little’s performance would you have changed?
I don't think Mr. Little goes into the micros in this book which is what I believe most players would purchase it. Stays at 1/2 and above..

A very good start for small stakes grinders
If you could sum up Strategies for Beating Small Stakes Poker Cash Games in three words, what would they be?
I purchased this book due to the reputation of Jonathan Little I have followed his career for several years. This book is well thought out and an easy read.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Strategies for Beating Small Stakes Poker Cash Games?
This is a poker book more teaching than moments but there is one where he says that sometimes you have to get out of line.

I’ve been playing poker for 20 years, and yet this guy lost me 5 minutes in. I can’t say I learned a thing from it, and I don’t feel it was written in a way that caters to the average player.
