Insistons cependant pour retrouver une santé appréciable, car la cigarette agit d'une façon subversive. D'ailleurs, on le sent bien, lors d'une telle expérience, qu'il y a quelque chose de toxique en nous.

Ok so I've been a smoker for right about 20 years now. I don't have any specific health reasons for wanting to quit and ultimately I'm doing this effort for myself. I hadn't read any specific reviews on this series to date and I will say I of course am a bit apprehensive of the purchase. I listened to this thing intently with headphones on before bed last night and woke up with a whole new attitude.
It may be too early to tell right now and I'll update this with my progress but I will say I have already seen a reduction in my mindset regarding smoking, I am a lot less stressed as a result, and feel like I'm well on my way to quitting.
