    Hang in until the end

    I gave it 5 stars because it has value at the end.
    A short read and great for beginners to change there thought process to live a mindfulness life.
    This should be a must read for High Seniors and college children.

    Awesome

    Read each day's wisdom and have to discipline myself not to read ahead. Started bookmarking pages that were particularly meaningful to me, but had to quit because I had way too many bookmarks.

    This is a great audio book

    An excellently Audible , well organized day-by-day explanation of Stoic meditations.. Authors add useful interpretations for each daily statement by key Stoics. All statements/meditations are broken down into useful categories.

    Very nice audio book

    Very disappointed with this. I found most of the commentary on each quote to be vacuous and trite, adding nothing. Pick up a copy o fRhonda Swan Meditations instead.

    A good audio book

    Very accessible. Original statements, but might be inaccessible for people who are not well read. Just a little bit better than reading original Shakespeare.

    Excellent audio book

    I bought this book a few years back and continue to enjoy the daily entries even though I’ve read them before. One thing I have started doing is writing in pencil or pen of different colors on the page of the entry each time I listen ,

    Amazing audio book

    I'm not a very religious person but I am passionate about living an intentional, happy and stoic life and teaching my kids the right principles to live by. I listen this book every morning with my kids and love all of the lessons that come from it.

    Love it audio book

    Wow! I bought this for a loved one that was going through a trying time. It was integral in getting them through that time. They gained wisdom from this on a daily basis.     Great audio book

    This is an excellent book on the wise and practical guide to living known collectively as Stoicism. The format of daily observations and analysis over the course of a year of study is a great idea. Unlike a lot of philosophy, Stoicism was tested in the arena of life by men concerned with achieving a state of happiness independent of external circumstances.
