Supported by a Latin beauty, Magdalena Gonzales, Colonel James Donovan and his team of Special NESO (National Security) Agents rescue a kidnapped United States Senator, take down foreign operatives, and uncover a diabolical plot to overthrow the democratically elected government of the United States.
