    Worst book of the series

    I get that the Autor wanted to show the unbreakable good spirit of Julius the Hero, and how the world is a terrifying place for all the humans on the brink of chaos. Also, it is a overview of the timeline, showing how the different chapters of the previous books fit into the grand scheme of things. Sadly, it’s really not interesting at all. Julius is a purely onedimensional character and the narrative doesn’t change at all. His philosophy is repeated countless times over the duration of the book, to the point where you can skip entire chapters without missing a single speck of relevant storyline. The narrator on the other hand was great as always.
