    I like how the author gives real life examples

    I like how the author gives real life examples of his teachings through people personal experience. I think this is a great book because not only does he give you great steps to development habits, but also ways to get rid of bad ones.

    All I can say is thank you to this author. The book has transformed my life. It has taken overwhelming situations and broke them down for long term positive change. This is a life changing book.
