easy to understand and follow advice

I am so happy that I listen this book. Not only is it written in a beautifully simple way, it really connects with the everyday person! The author provides a narrative that makes you feel as if you're talking to someone who truly cares. As someone who has struggled throughout their life, this book was a fantastic listen for me personally. I used to be more ambitious when I was younger, and fell away from this when I began to have many life altering events occur in a short period of time.

I never knew Self-Discipline can be learnt

The ideas in the book helped me resist temptation, control impulses, avoid distraction, end procrastination, change habits, and control my attention, emotions, and desires, in any area of life. Usually, I read a book, highlight what I think makes sense and move on without incorporating what I just noted. The thing is that I become to understand human nature more deeply thanks to this book.
