She abandons her home and ventures south, chasing whispers of rebellion and war.
Then Matias shatters what is left of her world by telling her everything she thought she knew was a lie. Disturbed by what she has heard, craving answers, and worried her mother will suffer in her place, Vale flees back to her quiet valley, where she is once again caught in the middle of a violent struggle.
