Someone is hacking into hospital databases and holding them for ransom, bringing Britain's healthcare system to its knees. Seal Team Six operator Victoria "Tori" Bennett - fresh off a covert mission in Mexico where she evened the scales of justice by spilling a lot of blood - is sent to weed out the hacker.
