    This is one of a kind work !!!! if you have always wanted to bridge your christian faith with your health and and fitness journey you are at the right place ! be prepared and make sure you have a notebook and a pen to write down the nuggets you will find in this audiobook !! it is meant to be read 2 or plus times , i think ! i have always appreciated DJ as a character , but i love even more Candace Cameron , to whom we can identified ourselves easily , she is like our good old friend ; as beautiful as the outside as she is in the inside !!! must read !!
