I read Jai Jaing’s book “Rejection Proof” right before this one and this one sounds like he also read it and is just highlighting and confirming and recapping from Jai’s book.

This was a great reminder for those moments when you have experienced enough rejection to put you back into that thought process of feeling like a buffoon. Excellent to listen to to get your mind back on track even if you're not doing things to impress others etc.
