    A good audio book to practice and learn.

    This audio book is awesome to listen and I think this audio book is the best audio book of this topics and I really appreciate this audio book. Thanks to Serena Lynn.

    awful audible don't download it torture

    The robots are taking over, save yourselves, time and money.
    I hate that I used a credit on this book. I can't be sure if the information is any good or not because I can't get past the robtic animatronic voice. It is extremely annoying. Teeth clenched and grinding annoying.
    The same cadence ( like the original Captain Kirk or Christopher Walken but minus a personality or humanness )and tone as if you called the bank or some other sort of phone tree, "Hello I have no person al ity and only one kind of tonal inflection, vacant and unaware, press one now to speak to a representative. Argh..they were just missing the staticky hold music to play along.
    They should have paid someone to do this audio and not used a computer
    . I'd do it for free just to not subject people to that horrible insincere robot stepford wife voice.
    Because of that great annoyance it was hard to listen to and absorb the information.
    How they expect someone to relax or learn with that fake untrustworthy inhuman robtic voice is a mystery to me.

    I am exceptionally happy with this audio book.

    They may even feel guilt or shame after eating this way leading to a cycle of excess eating and associated issues like weight gain.
