    I found it to be a wonderful book !!!

    I found it to be a wonderful book with a very friendly tone and lots of interesting information. It truly has made me look at meditation and struggles with weight loss differently.

    This is really great audio-book!

    I plan to continue to listen to this as I start another weight loss journey. I think if you believe in the law of attraction and you would like to help mediation on weight loss then this an audio-book worth listening.

    This is absolutely the best one.

    This book will find fast weight loss hypnosis, a strong book to fat burning, calorie blast and mindfulness diet for weight loss. You will be able to push away all your unhealthy cravings from the distance and find peace between positive commitment for weight loss.

    This book will help you lose weight

    I really enjoyed how the author explains the importance of how being consistent with small changes over time it adds up. Learning to not be in a hurry and allowing change was a big takeaway. I definitely recommend this book

    Good collection of sessions for losing weight

    Very interesting way of losing weight

    The book is pretty interesting. The narrator's voice is so soothing and it makes you want to keep listening. I didn't know hypnosis was such a great way to help losing weight.
    I recommend this book 100%.
