Silver Carlysle has no illusions about the cutthroat movie business. She lives over her mega-star mother’s garage, avoids parties, and writes sharp-edged articles about Hollywood bastards like movie executive Rafe McGinnis, who makes brainless movies, pushes people around, and still manages to charm everyone he meets. Rafe McGinnis wants to entertain people and make money, but he’s working in a business where getting stabbed in the back is just part of the day, so while he plays fair, he takes no prisoners.
