My life has improved in many way thought meditation, exercices , yoga , writing, setting goals ...
And yet by discovering this book and the mains ideas that it's representing as the Self Image and the Success Mechanism within ourself, I realize that it's actually the Fondation of the whole self development journey each of us should start with and master before learning anything else.
I purposely listen to this audio book slowly as I wanted to listen many time notion from each chapter to grasp the ideas and practice it has to offer before reaching to the next one.
After only two weeks of practicing the exercices of Visualisation, mental rehearsals or relaxation techniques daily, I can start to feel so positive impact on my life and mostly my mood and energy level.
After listen to it all, I don't want yet to switch to another book, I still want to listen to it for at least a full month or even more to grasp the ideas I didn't and couldn't understand at the first listening.
It's, to this date, the best book I've ever had the chance to listen/read in my entire life, by far.
