    not the complete/ abridged version

    I first read the books in the early 90's. This was either an abridged and modified version for the audio, or there was a re-edition that I skipped. over-all the story remains the same but the modified or censored part was a bit of a shame as it waters down the passage. The narrator isn't bad, but not on the level of my preferred.
