Finally.... the guidebook I've been looking for.

Thank you Aubrey for this brilliantly written and insightful book. It's a well refined and detailed guideline for how to optimise your life, so you become more self aware, with a heightened consciousness.

There are some good nuggets

I don't really enjoy it. Some of the recommendations are quite hard to follow. Or maybe I am the one that is refused to the change.

There are however some good nuggets in it that will be useful for you.

You can crank up the speed to 1.3 and still get all of the information. Not much for you to digest the information though. You will just either, accept the idea, or chuck it asides.

Simple but Effective strategies to own your day

I am impressed with the strategies mentioned in this book esp chapters on sleep and the morning mineral cocktail.It would be nice if Aubrey could list out the imporant points like a cheat sheet at the end of this book for quick reference.

Probably the best gift you can give yourself today

I am truly grateful this book entered my world because aside from all the life changing advice in it. It gave me something way more valuable: a new and stronger belief in myself, a better feeling about the future and a rock solid love for the present. this book should be taken seriously... and with that said i dare you. no, i double dare you ;) to give it a listen/read and not see your life elevate with more joy, more ambition, more love and a heck of big bag of awesome new tricks that actually work wonders and is worth it's grain of tasty (himalayan sea) salt. im just being honest here guys... give it a go. Aubrey is the real deal

quite random...

For sure, he is a great speaker, a cool guy. Besides that I only enjoyed parts of the book. It often felt to me like a commercial about food(supplements) and life. A catalogue of how to be perfect. Speeding up the audio to x1.6 was often not enough to not get bored by empty sentences and emotional chatter about his view on an worthwhile lifestyle. Thanks anyway for the book, for sharing your ideas and perspective with the community.

Muss man gehört haben!

Hilfreich, logisch, kurzweilig und wissenschaftlich gestützt.
Aubrey Marcus liefert einem einen Leitfaden zur Optimierung aller Lebensbereiche. Dank konkreter Empfehlungen lassen sich die Erkenntnisse super umsetzen und es wird auf unnötiges bla bla verzichtet.
Kann ich uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

great compendium of practical knowledge

Aubrey put together an extensive collection of practical tips that are aimed at turning you into a better or possibly the best version of yourself and knits everything together in a simple but also very comprehensive way to make the tips more accessible. His emphasis is on seeing the big picture and understanding the connection between cause and effect and vice versa. He reads the book himself and comes across very sincere. Thanks for putting this book together.

Ganz interessant

Es geht in diesem Buch darum, durch einen perfekten Tag das Fundament für ein ein besseres Leben zu legen. Der Autor (der auch Sprecher ist) spricht hierbei immer von Superlativen. Er versucht, einen Tag in allen Elementen "auf Teufel komm raus" perfekt zu gestalten. Das beinhaltet den Einsatz verschiedener Supplemente und teilweise fragwürdigen Methoden.

Ich bezweifle, dass man sich als Anspruch setzen sollte, alles aus diesem Buch einzusetzen. Es ist aber ganz interessant, sich einzelne Teile herauszupicken und zu schauen, was der Autor dazu zu sagen hat.

Insane

This book is totaly awsome. Even if your english skills are not the best. There is so much value in this book and he gave a lot of examples wich helps to know what to do NOW! It‘s perfect for everybody who‘s looking for a day with good feelings. Starting of with power mornings and ending the day with healthy sleep quality. He realy shows you what to improve and how to exactly you can accomplish it. It‘s a must read.

Full of practical tips!

This book reminds me a lot of Tim ferris’s tools of titans, nevertheless it has a much better flow as it takes you from waking up to going to bed. Some great practical insights that can be easily set into practice, focusing primarily on human biology.

Aubrey did a great job writing this book and combining it with some practical experiences of how to get the most out of the cycle of 1 day!

The first half of the day can get a little bit too weighty on the side of material purchases, so don’t go from 0-10 and buy everything you are recommended, first listen then reflect and then do what’s best for you.

At the end of the boom Aubrey starts speaking about mindset and dropped a line that I definitely thing is one of the best in the whole book:

- If we know that when fail we will forgive ourselves - we will play from inspiration rather than from fear.

Mind blown - Loved every second

Honestly this is the book I have been waiting for!!! Finally someone to breaks all the talking down in to simple action steps that can be implemented into every day life! And the incredible mix of psychology, science and spirituality all integrated in the modern business and entrepreneurial world! I seriously hope not just any human being reading and implementing this book but I think it should be mandatory for anyone managing other human beings. If some companies would implement only some minor things from this book I am most curtain that the world would be a better place!!! Thank you Aubrey for going through the Tortur of writing this book! It has been one of the best I have listened to so far! Thank you thank you thank you
