I like this book.

This is an extraordinary book for helping you recover your life on track. It's a well-ordered method for becoming more acquainted with yourself, and what you believe is essential in your life. Read. Practice. Repeat.

I read this book a while back, but picked it up again this evening as the next few months are going to be hectic. I needed a refresh and found this book helpful in releasing some anxiety and also putting myself in a better mental space. This is my go to book!

Very Informative !!!

I really like this book. It has a lot more information and useful tips than expected. It's kind of changed my daily life since I listening to it. I liked that it gave me the tools to stop negative thought processing. Enjoyed all the new concepts and examples.

This is really an effective audio book!

Very helpful for those suffering from this problem. It’s a reminder for those who already know much of this, and it helps folks to implement some of the problem-solving plans that they may not have before.

This book helps to point out a lot - some you already know but need someone to tell you, some you never recognized in yourself. It's an easy understand & clear voice to listening too, and full of advice that should make you sit up, take notice, and act.

Great book with great insight!

Actually lessened some of my anxiety and made me feel like I should be more confident about decision making and taking moments to step out of my own mind. Educational and engaging. Will be referring to my friends. The audio book was great!

Useful and Inspiring

This book is just an audio guide to help you prevent your overthinking from getting any worse, and maybe minimize its effects, but to get rid of it permanently, it is best that you get help from professional psychiatrists.
