    Good book overall. The writing is raw, forceful and the story engaging. It's a very interesting insight into Irish life and the ravages of addiction in America.
    However skip the audio version. If Colin Broderick is a talented writer, he's an unbearable narrator. This book should be recorded by a bona fide actor. It has nothing to do with Broderick's accent, it's just plain and simple awful.
