Very informative

listen to this and the wheels will start turning. there are so many opportunities out there to make passive income. this program will give you examples of many that may not have appeared before you in the past.

Definitely for the young and retarded

captain obvious simply tells you the obvious like don’t live beyond your means and save save save...nothing new here folks. If you don’t have any income you will stay poor. If you don’t have any opportunity you will stay poor! If you want to get rich write a retarded book like this guy and hope the Illini retards will pay me to do exactly what I’m preaching not to do!

A must listen

You can definitely tell this was recorded a while back, but the principles outlined are solid! Listened to this start to finish in a few days; will be starting it again.
A great book for the library for sure.

Good info, uneven audio

There was lots of great information here. Unfortunately the audio quality is so uneven and the references to digital technologies so out of date that it undercut the otherwise good and helpful advice.

Excellent info... A bit drawn out and redundant

This book has a huge amount of solid information. Both for potential entrepreneurs and financial investors.

However, I do feel this book dragged on longer than it should have. It could easily be 2-3 books with all the different types of info in here. Some info may not even be relevant to your needs or purpose.

Overall it was a great book.
