Food truck entrepreneur and blooming amateur sleuth Billie Halifax is excited that Sea Glass Island is hosting the annual late fall bridal convention. She has big plans to proudly display her new bakery truck at the event, hoping to gain gaggles of new customers. Her excitement wanes, however, when she discovers a woman's body on the beach.
