    This book is hands down, my favorite on the topic

    This book is hands down, my favorite on the topic of mindfulness. You can’t find all the good stuff on podcasts, blogs and youtube videos, but you can find it here. I highly recommend it!

    I especially recommend it to people suffering from

    Being a British, the only problem that I faced with the book was the American accent. I did take some time to get used to it, but other than that, I think the content is really helpful and an overview of mindfulness. I especially recommend it to people suffering from mental illnesses.

    Thanks for this fantastic read!

    I understand now that thoughts can become our greatest enemy sometimes. We need to control them and for that, mindfulness activities are the best option. This is truly a helpful read! 20. I bought this book on audible as I believe that self-help books are meant to be listened to. I agree with all the points shared by the author; she has talked about mindfulness and different practices of meditation in such detail. There is an exercise for every person in the book. Thanks for this fantastic read!

    This book has open my mind!

    I was feeling really sad and anxious lately, as my family dog died of old age. I felt like the world has come to an end and nothing really made me happy. A friend recommended this book and I’m glad that I downloaded it. I learned how meditation can help us relax through various exercises and that we can overcome our sadness easily. I realized the importance and value of being grateful for whatever we have in life right now. This book has open my mind!

    Love this guide!

    At first, I didn’t fully get what the author was trying to say as I’m a newbie to mindfulness, but as I read further, I understood how meditation and mind exercises work. It’s not quite simple but with practice and dedication, you’ll definitely get there. I really loved the author’s way of writing; it’s so simple and easy to follow. Love this guide!

    I highly recommend this guide.

    This book is around 2.5-3 hours long. I must say that the voice artist has done a good job in recording the book; his voice suits the topic. I have anxiety and I also take anti-depressant drugs which have made me housebound. I’m constantly looking for reasons to celebrate my life and this book really helped me understand hat happiness is. I highly recommend this guide.

    I think you should go for something else.

    This book is an overview of mindfulness. It is though, maybe for beginners, but if you’re already into meditation and yoga, I think you should go for something else.
