    Change your food habit with this gems

    Our home doctor recommended this type of dieting and this book gives easy recipes and the food is good. We looked at other books with weird ingredients and passed them by. This one is a keeper!

    Excellent introduction to the Mediterranean Diet

    This is a wonderful introduction to the Mediterranean Diet. The first few chapters explain the philosophy and details behind the diet and are easy to listen. Then the second half of the book are recipes—and the recipes are amazing! I finished the book and couldn’t wait to start trying several of the recipes.

    I really love this audio book

    Full with clarifications about the sorts of meat, vegetables, grains, and herbs you have to search for, how to set them up, and how to give a sustenance extra space to make arrangements! I love it definitely! This formula is past my will. The fundamentally great heading is not in any way confused. Cooking with charcoal or gas will enable you to explore effectively. On the off chance that you seek after features, the yield will be truly pleasant.

    I am very pleased listened to this audiobook

    people who are complaining about the amount of content didn’t listen to the title. This is a great beginner's audiobook. The recipes are easy and yummy. It was a great audiobook for 9 bucks. It also gave a lot of information in the beginning.

    A comprehensive audiobook

    This audiobook gave a great summary of the Mediterranean Diet and excellent recipes! We have been on this diet for 2 weeks and I've made at least half of the recipes.

    This audiobook brought awesome achievements

    All the ingredients for healthy eating. Recipes look doable. All you need is motivation and a grocery list. Clearing the house of unhealthy foods may cause some anxiety to the clean your plate club.

    A mind changeable audiobook

    I found it fairly easy to follow through the weight loss was slow, but I think it is healthy. The real problem is, they ALL work if you can stick to them. Also, I believe we have to regard any of them as a permanent lifestyle change.
